Terms of Service

In the meantime, our intent is simple:

• You own the content you create. We hold it in trust until the delivery date you choose, and we deliver it as scheduled.
• Credits you purchase do not expire. You may use them at any time across digital, printed, and letter sends.
• We provide an estate-delivery guarantee on the largest pack tier and on the Memories Plus subscription.
• You may close your account and request data deletion at any time. Scheduled but undelivered capsules are deleted alongside the account.
